Can someone upload a pic with a sensible way of cabling DA 7800 or Ultegra 6400 STI's (left lever front brake, right lever rear brake). Do you cross the gear cables?

I'm looking at all the different ways for DA shifters - Google dura ace 7800 shifters cabling and you will get loads of different examples.
Then look at - Eric Zabel DA 7800 shifters and you will see another method which is interesting using a metal outer housing.
