No, they're excluded, presumably because you can't really attack another rider on a TT. Not directly anyway.

Super combativity is very unlikely to go to Froome - the GC winner hasn't won it since 1981 (Hinault). Possible though.

That's sort of what a I figured, but hadn't ever really thought about it until Hefty's post.

Oh, I see what you mean. I guess TT performances could be factored in to the super combativity award. I don't know how opaque the judging panel's criteria is. But I suppose if they don't award individual TT combativity awards TT attacks shouldn't count. In theory.
