We were cycling down a quiet side street and I just said hello, then "please don't be embarrassed but I just wanted to let you know that your leggings are quite see through".
I just told her that non cycling-specific leggings are often quite see through once you get on the bike and lean that far over, she seemed thankful I'd told her.
Women just don't realise they will go see through at that amount of stretch and it's not a position you see yourself in so it's up to us to let them know, sisterhood foreva, haha! I have told three people recently and they all seemed glad I'd saved them from further unknown exhibitionism.
(much harder conversation to have as a man).

I informed a woman this morning in as nicer way as I could that her pants were fully on display through her transparent leggings. she took it like a trooper but obvs was still fairly embarrassed, she was happy I'd told her though.
(I am a woman so it's probably less creepy)
