Spoke to a guy named Davita or something like that, really friendly and took the time to answer my questions.

Hope your alright brother. It took about a year and a bit for my case to close, you will have to jump through a lot of hoops but will be worth it in the long run. Also, keep any receipts for travel, medicine or anything else you buy/use due to the crash. You can claim it all back.
