Im am unfit idiot who's done a couple of incredibly cross's in the past - is everyone going to destroy/hate me if I do this London Summer Series race tomorrow?

Lack of beer handups already causing second thoughts tbf.

Come along. I think of all cycling disciplines, cross is the most accessible, so anyone who fancies giving it a go should come along. Please.

This is generally the message I always hear, but the photos you see are often skin suit central.

Anyway, sounds good - I'm in!
