They're easy to catch here, at my spot by the sea there are two permanently lured spots where you've always got at least one Pokémon on your screen... They spawn continuously, it's difficult to keep up with them sometimes... I think I've only been out five or six times to play 'properly', and never for more than three quarters of an hour...
I wouldn't get anything done if I had a stop outside the house...
