Some damage to the stays I can't really judge if it's bad or not.

Lovely looking frame but big dent in one stay, and other side snapped above dropouts. Alu frame so KO I think? Shame

don't know much about Impala but 531 track frame for £50 with 3 hours to go?

Oh it's snapped even? I thought there was just superficial damage.

Then it may be beyond economic repair. I suppose you could swap a tube as lugs were used... but it becomes £££ then.

Yeah i guess cos its bonded you could look to replace both rear stays, but £££s.
Kinda looks like the bonds at the stays have been gunked back together already? And having looked again both are bent, as well as the crack. Looks like its taken a proper impact at the back?

The second forks can be changed (26" and tt bars)
The other bike has a similar paint job but a more typical "lo pro" geometry.
