Using the forum on a phone - cannot log-in

This hasn't worked for quite a while now but, using Chrome on an iPhone 6, each time I try and post on the forum it asks me to log in. I put my Google creds into Persona, but then it returns me to the thread I was on, but I'm not logged in. I try and log in again and again and the same thing keeps happening. Any tips?

Do you have private browsing turned on? That is usually what causes issues on iphones

Yup, @J0nathan it's private browsing.

The background info:
- Apple implemented a private browsing mode that is very strict
- It is so strict it prevents Persona from working
- Safari uses this on the iPhone if enabled
So if all of the above apply... turn off private browsing to get into LFGSS.

The more interesting part:
- Apple prohibit anyone else from shipping their own browser engine
- On iOS devices Chrome and Firefox are forced to use a WebView and to wrap Safari
Which essentially means, all browsers on iPhone are affected by the same global setting for private browsing, and all browsers including Chrome and Firefox will not sign-in to LFGSS if private browsing is enabled in the iOS device.
