Turn AR off on the catch screen. They fly about less and are easier to catch.

i never use ar. they just seem to be programmed to move at the last minute and half the time they are at the furthest possible distance you can actually throw a pokeball.

I find them easy to catch...

Evolving is the best way with a lucky egg. +1k xp each evolve.

Save up your evolves, hit a poke stop with a lure, incense and egg and you should get at least a level :)

Zubat's will be the death of me and my pokeballs. They do my head in.

What phone, they're quite easy on a 6plus

galaxy s6. oddly enough my usual technique is to draw a six as well starting from the middle and flicking it as my finger comes back up. gets a nice curl on it and usually hits the little fuckers square in their bastard faces.

not zubats. for them i have to hold the phone sideways and use my index finger to swipe about 3/4 the length of my screen in a dead straight line of there's no hope of it reaching them if they're at the back.

best feeling ever is when one jumps just as you let go of the ball and it still smacks them in the gob. take that you little shit and say goodbye to your pokefamily, you're being sent to the professor.

Map pocket in my bar bag works well to hold my phone do I can play while I ride crash.

Nabbed loads more new Pokémon on my shopping trip this morning, used a lucky egg and came back with 8,000 stardust... Up to level 14 now... Might nip out again in a minute, beautiful day for pootling around on a bike and Pokémon Go-ing... #loser

I binged on this last week, and by the weekend I was bored of it. As you guys have found, my 20 min journey was taking an hour, I was closer to making mistakes while cycling, and I noticed I'd become a zombie like all the others. As soon as the servers were crashing I went back into the real world and thought about cycling again.

Ah well, it was a fun gimmick for a week.

hatched my first 10k egg and got an <100cp evee for my troubles. seen people on reddit have gotten 1500+cp snorlax from them so feeling a bit robbed.

Someone left a lure outside my office yesterday that was reachable from my desk.

I also just spotted that I have a pokestop reachable from my desk. This is great.

Just used my very last Pokéball capturing a Bulbasaur outside our gaff... #winning #loser

I got a 25cp magicarp from a 5k egg. It was a limited use hibernation chamber too so I felt doubly robbed.

Might go for a fast* ride at lunchtime to hatch some more.

Had a few gyms yesterday.

I assume that people know that if you have a Pokemon in a gym, you can get free stuff from the shop?

Click on the shield item in there, and I think it gives you Pokecoin per gym held. You can only get it once per 21 (I think) hours...

Working in Marylebone means there are a fuckton of pokestops, so many blue plaques. Rinsed a load in my lunch break.
