late reply but there quite some adjustment in them. I believe all models now come with adjustable struts to fit nearly all bikes.
my wald basket on the viv (somewhere in this thread) needs tweaking every couple of weeks, but as I ride dropbars I cannot go "up a hole" on the struts because of the brake levers and hand position. risers would be fine.

Anyone with a wald basket could please give me the distance between center of handlebar clamp and top of the basket?
I'm willing to get a 1352 one, but I doubt if it will fit or will rub my front wheel
