nah - def not - Movistar have the Endura skinsuit with the sharktooth pattern on it, Trek have the Bioracer speedmaster and the rest of Team Sky have the new Rapha skinsuit with a Nopinz pocket on

I'd guess Carlton Kirby (whom I didn't hear say it) must have meant 'UCI-approved skinsuits'?

They were talking about Froome, though maybe they meant the yellow jersey, etc as UCI supplied.

It did seem odd, but was said.
