Froome is on a very small neutral service bike from Mavic.

To summarise:

Bauke Mollema, Froome, Porte in a crash.

ITV saying they hit a motorbike.

Porte's bike fecked. Froome's obviously fecked as he was running up the road, bikeless.

Froome finally got a neutral service bike, couldn't clip in.

A motorbike stopped, cyclists hit it, and then the bike rolled back on the mountain, over the bikes and damaged them.

Froome had to wait for a Sky car to arrive with a bike that fits.

Looked like motorbike stopped suddenly (likely due to a fan) and porte went straight into the back of him
