The crits that are currently being held in London and Bournemouth are the right way for us to go at the moment. Local crits are great for encouraging new riders and teams to gain the experience necessary to compete at RHC.. I am planning to hold a few more track bike crits in the future and im sure other organizers will to. Sumo is right, the RHC is worlds no. 1 fixed event and will only grow in popularity.

Gentle reminder, this Saturday we are hosting a fixed crit in Southampton
Following RHC London last weekend there are some new rules:- Any fixie crew teams with minor sponsorships will receive a 10 place grid penalty
- Any riders with ego wank selfies will be disqualified
- If you have a peanut butter sponsor and don't bring any for race organisers you will be fined championship points
- Pro's only
- No motos
- If you are an olympic gold medalist you must ride with all of them hanging around your neck at once.
In all seriousness, come race/watch a local event largely comprised of 'ego wanking instagraming selfie fixie crews sponsored by energy drinks and sunglasses' drink free iced coffee (provided by a minor sponsor) and generally have a good time.
P.S. definitely no motos.

Big thanks to the Guys and Gals who organised the event on Saturday. Even with the last minute course change it was still a Rad event.
I wasn't at RHCL2 but these kind of races are still as pure as it gets and seemed like the perfect antithesis to the negative vibes coming out of RHC.
Keep up the great work guys, inspiring us to do similar in London.
See you in August ;)

A lot of people on here, or the riders?
The fact that it costs £50 to enter and featured Dani King shows that it is something super srs
