So on trend right there. What a bike though!
If I hadn't given up riding spd's those shoes would be a win, like a posh version of those old leather lace up track shoes I forget the name of -

I'll never get those people who put disc brakes to the front wheel. Damn suicide to me.
-
• #12523
Modulation, bro. No more suicidal than rim brakes. I've even ridden freewheel with front (disc) brakes only.
-
• #12524
Well, I have rim brakes on front, track 14T back 48T front on my everyday grinder, using around 50% force to slow down on 50km/h or more, hard to imagine how this can work with disc brakes. Always thought they're mostly invented for downhill or MTB
-
• #12525
Discs are far superior braking to rims, especially in the wet - no arse clenching moments waiting for the film of water to clear before the bite of the blocks on the rim.
Far far easier modulation. I don't understand why you think it's suicidal tbh
@Chak it's the only way to sell new bikes I guess, keep hyping the latest thing
@voxelwise that paint job is wicked! got any more pix?
maybe we need a vintage MTB conversions thread...
