If you want to prevent a sneeze, when you feel it coming press firmly in the middle of the bit between your nose and top lip (the philtrum) and it should go away.

I always press the top of the nose, between the bone and the cartilage. Works too. No sharting/schneezing so far.
Oh, I sneezed with a cracked rib while driving once, almost took me off the road.
