I've just banned someone, but immediately forgot who.

Italian seller, spammer, bumper with no price drops, probably schizo (two accounts).

If you see that damn frame again, let me know and I'll ban again.

I don't have a better word that encapsulates someone who has two accounts that interact with each other and have distinct personalities (until called out).

It's the right word according to the definition of it.
