Even if Froome could get a couple of minutes advantage on the descent, there is absolutely no way he could maintain it further than the intermediate sprint on a solo break. Plenty of teams are going to be pulling for either the intermediate sprint or the finish. I'm boldly predicting a fight between the French puncheurs to the finish. Messy, passionate and exciting, like all good French things.
Tomorrow looks interesting. Looks like we've got an immediate 24km with 1200m climbing followed by 60km with 2000m of descending. Then about 130km undulating. Don't know whether Quintana would be able to make that much of a difference in 24km of climbing to make it stick for the rest of the stage, but it'll be interesting to see what happens.
