How are you guys getting it to run? I'm not App Store savvy enough to figure out how to change store from UK to US. Or is there some other workaround?

I think you have to make sure you're logged out of your Apple ID, then change the phone location to US, then go to the app store, download Pokemon and create a new US Apple ID at the same time.

Android, just find the APK, allow untrusted sources and go. No idea for Apple.
