Genuine question but are you allowed to wear buoyancy shorts in a non wetsuit swim?
Did my second tri of the year yesterday and won! Second year in a row at the bananaman team time trial, you have to race as a three so making a balanced team who will stick together is the first and most important task, and then try to go as fast as you can without dropping people on the bike or run!
Great fun and probably the fastest run I've done all year, but that's probably more about the fact that I haven't run very fast all year!
