Wasn't aware that there are GS Pista chainsets ... also very good condition looks different imo

I think the chainring is different though. Is it Gran Sport road crank fitted with a different chainring?

It cannot be a road crank it has no place for a second chainring. It was used for training in a velodrome o Basque Country.

Yeah so it was converted/ filed down?

That's doesn't look like a Gran Sport chainring. It doesn't match up flush between spider and the chainring.
Did they make Gran Sport Pista cranks?

Interesting. Do you have a photo of the back side of the spider?
It looks like there's a shoulder for the inner ring... -

Looking at the picture closely there is a clear indication that this is/was a road crank as you can see, according to me, that it was a double now fitted with single chain ring bolts and there is a clear gap which shows that.
I'd suggest that you reconsider pricing in light of mine and other comments

I was working in a bike shop in the 70's when the Nuovo Gran Sport came out and never remember a pista. The crank arms tapered as the rings had a circular strengthener like the NR rings and looked odd with the SR and Sakae Ringyo chainrings

....looking at the condition of the chain ring it also appears to have been used as an inner ring sometime previously judging by the dirt marks around the bolts, is it 3/32" or an 1/8". Back in the 1970's it was a regular request in bike shops to file down the inner ring shoulder on the crank when building up a Time Trial bike
