Why? Think it's very reasonable and a little surprised he got 6 months off. How he got the money to pay for it I don't know, but he did it all of his own back apparently and was competing at national level even after he got caught, denying others their moment of glory. His post getting popped comments 'I want to be more like Millar than Armstrong' mark him out as an egotistical prat, whatever his age.

It's shorter than most.
It's not like he took contaminated supplements or his coach dosed him, the fucker set out to cheat. Should be 8 year ban.
