Only just had a chance to catch up with it. While it does look as if there has been a certain degree of Maxwellisation, it still seems to be a substantial and serious report, which is much to be welcomed. This is worth watching:

However, we don't seem to be interested.
The report fills me with sadness. All those lives lost.
Even for Tony Blair who realises that it will be his epitaph. He could have had some thing much better .

Some direct links that people may find useful:
Chilcot's statement is a summary of the key points:
http://www.iraqinquiry.org.uk/the-inquiry/sir-john-chilcots-public-statement/The 'executive summary' alone is 145 pages long.
Table of contents:

I didn't have time to do much reading of it today but will aim to do some over the coming weeks.

Bit of an anti climax really. I after 7 years it did have a lot to live up to, couldn't do it, perhaps no report could, short of recommending immediate arrest of Tony Blair for crimes against humanity.
Ultimately it tells me what I already believed.

Yup we knew at the time... Being railroaded to war to preserve US interest in the middle east. Bush's poodle etc. Now what? Nothing much I suspect
