Does the 10,000 have some feature that makes it better? They both appear to be the same model just varying capacity.

It has some feature (Qualcomm Quickcharge 2.0), whether that makes it better depends on whether your device can use it and whether you'd want it to even if it could.

The other one said it was quick charge too I thought. Maybe there's different versions of quick charge. No, I don't want it. I wanted the smaller sized one but it's probably better to just buy the 13000
