Shit, sorry to see that. One off or a potential problem? I have a good dehumidifier, but I'm using it in my own house.

One off, we hope - never happened to us in 5/6 years and given the condition when Ms Hammer moved in, obviously wasn't regular (if at all) before then. Currently got three industrial units down there drying it out, courtesy of the insurance company.
