Enjoying the seemingly endless training hours at the moment and not feeling too fatigued. Couple of different runs to switch things up (running home from work in the heat the other evening rather than running in during the cool morning), also Sunday's 200km ride didn't take as much out of my legs as I thought it would (given how I was feeling at the end) so I should be able to slot in all the running I wanted to this week. No pub tomorrow night should have me feeling less grotty on Friday too for big swim and then 2h30 thrash around RP on the bike.
Do they do 3 x distance or do they do 3 x tri?
