and yet its perfectly alright to buy a caliper with a magnetically attached fairing as part of its design or use a fork which covers the brake in its entirety. Its a funny area of the rules..i know its been discussed on ttforum and most people wouldnt give a crap but where would you stand if you say made a fork with hidden brake fit a frame it wasnt designed for? Its a shame to have a situation like this because say you design a bike yourself or brand it as your own then are your technical designs or innovation not deemed as worthy as those used in production given people can copy these things anyway.
