Yea, so that's my concern as well. I'm guessing he thinks of welding them on the inside but I don't know cause like I said I asked him about it but he hasn't gone into detail much. Not an expert either, but if there's nothing wrong with it then sure but otherwise I'll pass on the idea. I can always do a normal seat tube. But I think it looks nice. I know my saddle height, give or take half a centimeter so there would not be much seatpost showing anyway if done right, like that Kissena.

welding 2 seat tubes together? i'm not a welding expert, but i wouldn't trust that. it also looks shit with a normal seatpost.
