Campag Athena cartridge BB
That'll be 111mm.
Far easier to choose your cranks and buy a BB to suit, rather than the other way around.
DA 7800 uses external cups, rather than an internal BB like the Athena you have: two completely different systems: http://www.bikeradar.com/gear/article/complete-guide-to-bottom-brackets-36660/

I have a 98 Mx leader which currently has an Campag Athena cartridge BB with an Italian thread.
I am considering fitting a slightly more modern groupset from 2003 DA 7800.
Are there any issues I should be aware of with the chainset and BB -For instance Will the BB fit or do I need to be aware of any pitfalls fitting non period groupset to the frame.
