@stonehenge I've not looked at those courses, but I've heard of them.
Have a look at the EFHC website as the courses there start this Autumn and I'll be there. The hours could potentially be tricky, but they are flexible.
If you want to start learning straight away then watch some of these walk-through videos:
It's a bit like building bikes, but a lot more precise, and the lubrication principles are much more strict.

Does anybody have any experience of or opinions about the timezone watch making school courses?
Really like the idea of them. @rodabod ...do you have any suggestions for somebody who wants to learn about watchmaking?
