It was the one I tried to do just after xmas - from memory it was reasonably pleasant. My GPS went mental about 400k in so I bailed. I'm out on Friday night and then it's maybe 3hrs to the 7am start from my place so I will probably not get much/any sleep, ride as far as I can and test some different combination of bivvy kit out then hopefully finish this time.

I've entered the Buzzard. Will be my first 600. Looking at the route sheet and map. I have friends who live near Cirencester but that's pretty much at 500km so not sure. Have no idea how to manage this at all so I guess it'll be a case of jumping in and seeing what happens.
