which one did you enjoy the most ? in HK and would like to try one, and to impress the Misses of how er knowledgeable on HK I am.

Ritz is great and unlimited (nice) wine from 6:30-10:30 - the views are brilliant it's around $850 (our friend works for HSBC so we get 20% discount). Feels quite special.
There's more choice at Shangri la and lunchtime is $400 per person - so it's pretty good value. Runs from 12-2:30
Also go to Tim Ho Wan in the IFC mall in the basement 1 floor above the MTR
