@edscoble yeah haven't managed to find any evidence of them going full creak like the rotor/praxis options.

@mishmash11 that's good to hear. I had visions of cleaning out/reinstalling bb parts a lot more regularly than that.

Tbh the only reason I pulled the adapters off one year in was because I heard a faint click - low and behold there was a little bit of sand behind the adapters. Other than that very much a set and forget affair, as long as the BB30 bearings are installed properly and you have a good BB shell you're laughing.

Exactly, also make sure it's the right adaptor (like FSA to Shimano), which was a common mistake.

it's great because you're taking advantage of the larger bearing despite the smaller spindle.
