For €25 definitely. I owned a '93 Marin Bear Valley for a while, bone stock except a Girvin Flexstem and a set of Schwalbe Kojaks, good memories.

What tipe of steel is it ?

My memory says Tange, the 1993 Marin catalogue tells me a double butted Tange cr-mo. But that's for the model I had, the Bolinas Ridge might be different.
I've only just noticed that there's no fork by the way. If you have to buy everything it's going to be way too expensive for what it really is, but if you can get it rolling with what you have €25 for the frame would be fine imo.

These are starting to fetch stupid money now. Half the stuff from that era could qualify as retro cool. Pick any muddyfox or GT and you're good to go.
That lacing also needs to be set on fire.
