Some mid-twenties female with suitcases sticking out each side of her airport trolley twats mother-in-law's calf with her cargo. Wife told her to be more careful as she had hit MIL. Female carried on and said "If I had known I had hit her I would have apologised!"
I said "You can apologise now then, 'cos you now know that you did hit her"
It fell on deaf ears because she was on a mission to get into M&S food.
