Markets on the way up, I'm sure exit supporters will claim this is because George Osborne and Mark Carney were bullshitting, I think it is more likely that traders are pricing in the increasing likelihood that Brexit won't actually happen..

Markets don't capture loss of investment eg companies going to ROI and not NI now.

It's supposedly possible to keep some eu money, such as Ni peace cash, if you are in the EEC. So maybe they can negotiate a little as part of damage control. If they care that is. A tiny glimmer of hope.

Brexit...well "flexit" blog from somebody who is not a raging idiot. I think he completely misunderstands the immigration issue...it's frustration over lack of resources and a cap won't resolve years of poor planning.

Interesting read for some balance. Also acknowledges there's f-all preparation...while I may not agree with all at least he's trying to plan.

I'm not sure what a sensible response is to a cockwomble. Usually they shrink when given actual work and responsibilities but the propaganda may still stick.

Surely the appropriate response is to say he'll be welcome, but then to invite a large choir all singing that classic number 'You're a cunt and you know you are'. All the way through the interview.
