Markets don't capture loss of investment eg companies going to ROI and not NI now.
It's supposedly possible to keep some eu money, such as Ni peace cash, if you are in the EEC. So maybe they can negotiate a little as part of damage control. If they care that is. A tiny glimmer of hope.
