Looks very much in the Southampton Way. Good at bringing the academy players through (something Koeman didn't do), and apparently plays attractive football.
Swapping Sammy Lee for Eric Black is a bit odd, obviously Black is fluent in French so guess that is why.
As with all Saints managers, if he underachieved he will be fired, if he achieves he will be poached and we will be hunting again...
