Judging by the over-long valve stem and superfluous lockring on it, I vote "2".

I ride it on the road a lot, so the lockring makes sense, and the wheels belong to @haveo, I have already said about the long valves but I think the response was "but they were cheap"

"Over-long valve stem" was just a saucy jibe, but valve lockrings haven't been needed since rims manufacturers figured out how to make holes of a consistent diameter in their products.

Decent tubes don't even have threaded stems any more.
