I don't so mind the colour of the cranks just that they're too modern.
You will never get bar-tape that matches exactly the colour of the paintwork as the surface texture is different. I think it's awfully picky to suggest that it's an issue.
EDIT: I actually quite like the wheels and the tyres. Not cheap, those tyres?
