being south of the river you have to pay a local youth £10 protection money. he then steals your bike and you buy it back off him for a further £10 at the end of the evening. it's like a ghetto version of valet parking

This is what I'm wondering about, the shop will fill up quick and the racks opposite the hermitts are pretty much always at capacity
