Mike Moulton. Made track bikes in the 40/50's in Cali. Looks very similar

Stamp looks very similar to Accles and Pollock tubing, which was Reynolds 531 equivalent.
Can't make the script letters in the middle.
B is the grade of steel, but that's just for the steerer, not necessarily the forks or frame. -

Thanks for the replies. I too thought accles and pollock, but with a little investigating I've found it means Walton and Brown. Apparently they were in competition with Reynolds and accles and pollock, but fared less well.
I've recently acquired a nice light frame with nervex lugs, but it's irritating me that I don't know who or what company made the frame.
The only clue other than the serial numbers is the stamp on the steerer, which initially made me think Holdsworth, but that doesn't seem right as the brake bridge is different to all the holdsworths of the time (early 50s by the date of the nervex lugs).
So this is a photo of the stamp. Has anyone seen it before or have any idea what it means?
Thanks for any help.
