  • 86<73. Sounds like not a lot but those few mm are pretty helpful for eeking out additional clearance. FC-9000 q-factor = 147.5mm / 2017 Super-X = 155mm. At least driveside heel rub won't be an issue. I'm guessing the higher top tube is to help illustrate how awesome their 25.4mm seatpost is (could probably achieve the same with a shorter ST and decent length of exposed 27.2mm SP whilst gaining some valuable standover clearance at the same time). The only benefit to the lofty TT heights are that you won't have to bend too low to pick it up.

  • If they have made it 10mm wider they've done it with a new axle, and looking at the photos, there are no spacers at all, so the BB width will be around 83mm.

If this is the case, this isn't a bb30/a bike at all.

And you'll still get heal rub

    Weird

I thought road Ai would be handled at the spider. Peloton mag are reporting that the q 'isn't hurt'; I wouldn't be surprised if the +10mm is an error; I can't imagine them machining a new axle and basically a new BB for one bike. But then, Cannondale.

    We shall see.

    And Standover is shrugs :)

  • BB clearance look pretty generous especially on a CX bike.

If that's the case then it's then really do need a slap for not opting for 386Evo (3mm diff. ffs)
