Yeah I'd say at this point the money for the hipster chainring is better spent on the cockpit. Rad bike though apart form that.

looks genuine to me. bb, lugs, dropouts, etc. all point to a de rosa. panto on the seastay caps is hardly visible, but that's due to the paint

edit: probably dug out from a russian club dungeon and poorly repainted
