What's the usual thinking for %ftp for a 50, 80% for 100 was ok but a little crampy by the end, thinking 87%, as that would be 10 watts more than the last one I did and hopefully the faster course and better position + faster wheels will make up for the rest of the 12 minutes I want to improve by!
