I wouldn't have said saddle needs to come down.
I'm a big fan of the slow roll past everyone warming up on turbos riding a huge gear in the TT position at about 17rpm. Makes me feel special even if it doesn't psych out the competition.
My chainring is bigger than yours.
Tried the big gear thing but I reckon I'm stronger spinning a bit more. 97" @ 90-100rpm.
