I reckon it's near impossible for most people to train much at all while looking after a baby/toddler. You're fucked I'd say. I was and still am from being the main carer.
However the 'Better Gym' near me has a creche and half decent spin bikes (have spd pedals, can set up position). I'm working my way back with 2x1 hour sessions a week and a ride at 6:30 a.m on the weekend. Good luck and stay cool!
I feel your pain... Luckily I have somewhere I can set up a trainer which won't wake anyone up. So I now either do 5.30-6.30am sessions or 8.30-9.30pm sessions. 3y/o and 8-month-old baby, at least they are now sleeping through the night...
