I wonder if it's the case that this post/clamp is designed to fit inside the mast should it need to be cut down all the way? Giant do a similar thing

Otherwise maybe compromise? 175 cranks would mean you only need an extra 1cm of stack on a replacement saddle
For everyone - TL;DR
I have a Condor Track with an integrated seatpost mast (ISP).
I need to raise the saddle by circa 20mm in order to get appropriate leg extension.
I could use a wider profile saddle but they don't look good on the bike.
I could use longer cranks but that wont provide sufficient leg extension.
I can't buy a longer ISP clamp as apparently it doesn't exist...
