It's a Leica m6. Maybe they didn't get wound on. Could it possible from the development?

If there's absolutely nothing on it yes. If the edge markings are developed properly then it probably wasn't winding on.

there's no edges it just clear plastic. So this is definitely my own fault and not the film processing shop?
