  • Well, uci legality has never really been an issue for most people who race cross :)

    Practicality is a key concern tho

    And rigid lefty has no upside to offer to balance against the downsides of requiring special hubs, having to remove ya brake caliper to get ya wheel off and the ride offered which I suspect is going to be very unforgiving compared to a modern carbon fork.

    Still I can see why they've done it - slate is a bit lame without a killer feature, whether it makes sense or not.
