• Thinking of flogging my Storck singlespeed commutery thing as I have a proper commuter on the way. Any idea on price? Thomson post / stem, Phil Wood / Open Pro Wheels (rims new in Jan), White freewheel, Campag Chorus UT chainset, Stronglight ring, chinese carbon risers, Gatorskins.

  • Im looking to buy this from a local site... Anyone have any idea its worth?

Components are pretty rubbish, so ill be replacing some stuff, maybe just throwing drops on it and getting it muddy first though.

  • It's hard to say without knowing what brand, what spec components, what frame material, what frame size etc. Once you know that info you can compare against other sales on eBay and the like and see if the price being asked is fair. I'm guessing the split seat tube might make that a bit more desirable though

  • only the frame set. I dont have a picture of the frame set only though. Will update my post when i have the chance with a frameset picture.
    condition is 9.5/10
Forks are £100 in Brick lane bikes but i think its abit over priced in there.

    Leader 725TR 2009 V2 58cm seat tube

    Cheers.

  • I think I want to sell my CAAD 2 converted TT bike. Its the regular road frame not a TT specific frame
What do you think it might be worth?

    CAAD 2
    105 calipers
    gossamer cranks 52/36
    apex front and rear mechs
    sram shifters
    sram brakes
    ProFile designs SC forks
    Profile designs fastforward seat post
H Plus Son SL42 rims on 105 hubs...

    What do you think?

  • I think that will be hard to sell complete: some nice bits, but overall it's not terribly appealing as a TT bike.

Most of what you have would be better suited to road use and the TT specific bits are more desirable on their own.

Can't help with a value for the frame and the rest you can research on eBay.

  • Thanks for the advice mate. Its a shame as it makes a bloody fast bike.

I'll begin the break upon a couple of weeks.

  • It's only my opinion!

Either way, you should realise more with a split (although the risk is that not everything sells).

  • Yep i agree. i knew it was a build only its creator could love. cheers!

  • Is this over priced, or just no one in the market?

Calling @amey - would like your point of view

  • what would be a fair price for a bianchi frameset, columbus sl, w/ seatpost, flight saddle, bars and stem be? one is tempting me.....

  • Hi everyone, I'm thinking about selling both of my bikes. I'm keeping the parts from the Leader for another project, the Ferriveloci comes as on the photo but with Columbus tubing decals. The leader does however come with the seat clamp, headset, 100 mm stem.
I said I'm thinking about since I'm not sure on how much I would get for the bike, and how much for the frameset. Can anyone give me an estimate? The frameset is size S, the bike 54 cm.
    Thanks in advance. Cheers

  • How big is that ferreveloci? It's totally hot.

  • daymmmm that wish bone on the ferreveloci

  • The seat tube is 54 cm ct. Cheers

  • Thank fuck.. Too big. Phew.

  • A friend of mine is looking to sell this 2008 Condor Pista frame with all the attached components. How much would a fair price be?

  • How much would be reasonable for this crankset?

There is quite abit of heal wear but all threads appear fine. Arm length is 172.5.

    Any help is appreciated.

  • Front mavic askium wheel, less than 1,000 miles, fair amount of wear on break surface but no other marks .
How much would this be worth ?

  • Retail, split 60/40 rear/front -30%.

    -ish.

  • Thanks. So around £30 would be fair ?

  • I don't know what Aksium's retail for and -30% would be the top end of what I'd ask: depending on just how worn it is, you may need to up the discount.

  • Yes, maybe a bit less

  • Got this Holdsworth Professional replica, built by Falcon Cycles long before Planet X purchased the Holdsworth brand. It's limited edition (75/150) and the specs are as follows

    • Full Campagnolo Athena group
    • Reynolds 725 frame, 56cm
    • Campagnolo Scirocco wheelset
    • Full Deda finishing kit, with 3T Ergosum Pro bars
    • Matching carbon fork
    • Fizik Pave saddle

Has been used, but very well looked after. It has recently had a full service from the shop that replaced Holdsworth when it shutdown (Elswood Cycleworks) and is in pretty respectable cosmetic condition with absolutely no damage past that. Oh, and there's a pretty cracking review of it here

    I was thinking around 800-950?

  • How much is this crankset worth nowadays? It's been produced just for 1 year by Zipp so there are not many example of concluded sales around...
Great conditions, 175mm, 53-39t, including record bb
